The company SIMON PROtec has passed the re-certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 with great success.
On July 13-14, the company Intertek assessed the entire quality management with all associated processes. Since many processes had been redesigned due to the introduction of a new ERP system, we were eagerly awaiting the assessment. We were attested a very good quality management. In particular, the interface of our ERP system with the development database, the structure of the production process and the qualified incoming goods inspection were emphasized.
As a manufacturer of construction products in accordance with European harmonized standards, we are subject to external monitoring by several notified monitoring bodies. The annual external inspection of production and documentation required for actuator and control technology, as well as smoke and fire curtains, has also been successfully completed.
The principle of quality is lived at SIMON PROtec, in all departments of the company - the outstanding assessments of the certifications prove this.
