NF S 61-937-7 is a standard that deals with fire protection systems and specifically addresses the design and installation of mechanical drive systems and their suitability for integration into a fire protection system (e.g. a SHEV system).
NF S 61-937-8 deals with mechanically operated drive systems such as remote-controlled ventilation systems in buildings (e.g. roof hatches).
The drive series PA-KL²(710), PA-KL²-DF, PA-KL²-T-30, PA-KL²-L(1200)) of our Folding Arm² PA-KL² family were recently subjected to thorough testing. All of these actuators were successfully tested and were certified in accordance with NF S 61-937-7. This means that the products in our folding arm family are now also approved for all areas (e.g. for SHEV systems and roof hatches) on the French market. - SIMON PROtec quality par excellence!
