After almost 27 exciting, challenging and successful years in the responsibility as Managing Director, Claudio Tempini hands over the operational management of the company to Marco Bucher as of February 1, 2022.

Marco Bucher has already been an important part of our company for 9 years. With him as the new Managing Director, we are placing a clear and targeted focus on well-proven and long-standing consulting, project and management expertise. He will continue to lead the company in the same spirit as before, but will also bring in his own new ideas. Thus, we can approach the next step for the further development of our company with a lot of confidence and trust.

We are absolutely convinced that Marco Bucher, together with the extended management team (Nathalie Stürm and Martin Beuggert) and also together with the entire rest of the team, will ensure that we will further consolidate and expand our place in the market as a high-performance, value-creating and responsibility-taking specialist company.

Claudio Tempini will take a step aside to make sufficient space for the new management team. At the same time, he will continue to support the company with his experience.
