All actuators from the company SIMON PROtec Systems GmbH (producer) are inspected and tested carefully before the delivery. They are subject to a strict control of the Simon RWA Systeme quality assurance.

That is the reason why SIMON PROtec grants an extended guarantee for the actuator types EA-KL² / EA-L / EA-K-30 / EA-K-50 (called actuators in the following) and ZVE-UNI, WS, WTS.

SIMON PROtec is certified and approved according DIN EN ISO 9001 and the development and production is here in Germany. We not only take care of our products and claim this - we also give this kind of quality as extra benefit to our partners and clients - with an extra three year warranty beside the warranty stated by law and GTC.
