Unobtrusive, safe and durable: the fire curtain FireScreen 275-SFS-EW fulfills all the requirements that are placed on the room finish and the reduction of heat radiation. With its compact design and small dimensions, it fits in perfectly with existing room or building designs. Thus, the Fire Curtain Curtain FireScreen 275-SFS-EW is very well suited as a compensatory measure in fire protection.
The fire curtain FireScreen 275-SFS-EW is equipped with a smoke-proof and fireproof fabric (8 mm thick polyurethane coated fabric). The properties of the fabric reduce the heat radiation that can be caused by a fire and thus prevent ignition of distant objects and thus spreading the fire. For up to 90 minutes, the fire curtain reduces heat radiation (EW90) and provides a safe room closure for up to 120 minutes (E120).
A 230V electric motor with built-in electromagnetic brake keeps the fire curtain securely in place. In case of fire, the brake is released and the curtain closed by the gravity principle (gravity-fail principle).
The fire protection curtain FireScreen can also be seen optically or not. Due to its small dimensions, the fire curtain fits very well into existing room designs and comes to light only when triggered.
